Cycling 1 2015 Warriors in Motion
This course helps develop safe cycling skills and gives cyclists the confidence they need to ride safely and legally in traffic or on the trail. Included in the course will be the opportunity to learn how to select bicycles for a variety of disabilities as well as how to maintain bikes. This course covers bicycle safety checks, fixing a flat, on-bike skills, and crash avoidance techniques. Participants will also explore the role of nutrition in personal fitness and develop cycling training programs that include a nutrition component.
